Directions to fixture
From west of Richmond: Take I-64 east to I-295. Stay on this past where it intersects with I-64 again. Take the state route #5 exit east toward Charles City. You should go approximately 25 miles on route #5. Turn right onto route #614 which is Sturgeon Point Road. Follow this around a curve to the left and the entrance to Fort Pocahontas will be straight ahead. Follow the gravel road to parking on the left. Allow approximately 1.5 hours from Deep Run Hunt Club.From north of Richmond: Take I-95 south to I-295 south. Follow directions above.
From south of Richmond: Take I-95 north to I-295 north. Take the route#5 exit. Follow directions above.
From east of Richmond: Take I-64 west to the Providence Forge exit (route#155). Follow route #155 through Providence Forge to Charles City Court House. Turn left (east) onto Route#5. Go approximately 4 miles to route #614 as directions above.
If the weather has been wet, watch for low spots in the parking area. It can be very soft and muddy.
